Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided, including your shipping address and contact information, is accurate.

Darling Mama Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances that may affect our ability to fulfill the order.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the product. Please review the turnaround time (TAT) listed in each individual product description before purchasing.

Turnaround time refers to the time required to prepare your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

While we always do our best to stay within the estimated turnaround time, unexpected circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Darling Mama Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizes, colors, styles, personalization details, shipping information, and all other selections before submitting an order.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Clear photos of the issue may be required. Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.

Custom & Personalized Items

Customers are responsible for providing the correct spelling, names, colors, sizes, and other personalization information when ordering.

Darling Mama Co. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Because colors can appear differently depending on your device or screen settings, slight color variations may occur.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Darling Mama Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Product Availability

Some products may be offered as preorders or may have limited availability. Purchasing a preorder item means you understand that the item is not ready to ship immediately and agree to the turnaround time provided in the product listing.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase and we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you regarding the affected item and provide an appropriate resolution.

Product Images & Colors

We do our best to accurately represent our products through photos, mockups, and descriptions. However, colors and placement may vary slightly from what is shown due to screen settings, garment variations, printing methods, and the handmade nature of some products.

All content on the Darling Mama Co. website—including photographs, graphics, branding, product descriptions, and other original content—is owned by or used with permission by Darling Mama Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
