Turnaround Time

Turnaround times may vary depending on the item you purchase. Please refer to the turnaround time (TAT) listed in the individual product description before ordering.

Turnaround time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include the time your package is in transit.

If your order contains multiple items with different turnaround times, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and packaged, you will receive tracking information for your shipment.

Please allow time for your tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

Shipping/transit times are separate from our stated turnaround time and are not guaranteed by Darling Mama Co.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control.

Darling Mama Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Darling Mama Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please reach out and we will help however we can with the information available to us.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue and work with you toward a solution.
